Emergencies: For after-hours emergencies, patients of record may call: 207-741-8540   You will be prompted to leave your name and call back number in a voicemail.  The call will be returned as soon as possible.  Please reserve the use of this number for true emergencies.

From I-95 North or South:

  1. Take Wells exit 19.
  2. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right (west) on Route 109 (Sanford Road) towards Sanford and travel 3 miles.
  3. Our office will be on your right (look for green sign) directly across from the Ocean Lodge.

From Sanford:

  1. Travel east on Route 109 (Sanford Road) towards Wells.
  2. Our office will be on your left (look for green sign), 4.5 miles beyond the traffic light at the Sanford Walmart.
  3. We are directly across from the Ocean Lodge.
